Cade, Inc. was established in 1991. Our office is located 15 minutes north of Raleigh in Youngsville, NC. We have a full complement of proven subcontractors with whom we have an established mutual trust, as well as, long term working relationships. Our mission is “to provide quality buildings, safely, in an expeditious manner, while keeping customer satisfaction paramount.” We want to be different from most general contractors, in that we try to avoid misunderstandings of what the customer wants and what the GC is providing; which can then lead to change orders, consequently causing time delays, and a lack of professionalism on the part of the general contractor. Our basis for sustaining future work is repeat business. Ninety percent of the work we are doing right now is for people we have done work for before. We would not be at the magnitude we are now if we did not have the confidence, trust and satisfaction of those customers and their referrals.

Excellent Safety Record

While we have had an excellent safety record in the past, in 2009 we have made it our goal to expand our safety program and have retained East Coast Risk Management to further bolster our safety initiative with independent oversight of our safety program.
