Cade Inc. has just completed construction of the Raleigh Facility 201 building for the City of Raleigh. This project was publicly bid by the City of Raleigh, and Cade Inc. was low bidder. The project included demo of an existing building, turn-key supply and erect the new building, roll up doors, concrete, site work, drywall, electrical, HVAC, and workshop fixtures (including workbenches, shelving, parts bins, etc.). Cade Inc. self performed most of the project.
