Cade Inc. is proud to be building the new Fuquay Gun and Gold retail store on North Main St in Fuquay-Varina NC. Cade worked with owners Clay and Missy Ausley to develop an early floor plan and design for the building, made sure the lot would be suitable for the building and parking, and met with the owners and the Town of Fuquay-Varina to vet out unforeseen obstacles and make sure the building and site met town ordinances.
Cade will be providing a turn-key site and 9100 square foot, all brick building package.
Cade Inc. signed the contract with the Ausley’s on January 20th, 2014 and the completion date for the entire project is May 15th, 2014.
